In December 2017 she was awarded the Creative Edinburgh Award for Leadership for her work in the spoken word sector and her organisation, Flint & Pitch Productions (est 2016) has taken spoken word poetry to a variety of different venues, festivals and events, including the Royal Lyceum in Edinburgh.
